Every hop reacts to the one before it — a shipment changing state triggers the next step automatically. A daily sweep re-checks anything a carrier hasn’t confirmed yet, so nothing slips.

Signed PDF proofs
Rendered and validated on the way out: signature, delivery scan, timestamp, and ship-to address.
Brightree delivery
Flagged proofs are pushed to Brightree automatically, closing the loop for DME billing and compliance.
Bulk retrieval
Request proofs by account, division, and timeframe — assembled and packaged on demand, self-serve.
Audit-ready by default
Every delivery is reconciled and every proof stored redundantly for seven years, keyed by date and order — retrievable on demand.
